Brief introduction of vacuum plating UV coating

 

Vacuum plating refers to the physical vapor deposition process (PVD) in which a metal or metal compound is deposited on the surface of the workpiece in the form of gas in the vacuum environment. Because the coating is usually metal film, it is also called vacuum plating, also called vacuum plating (mainly replacing the traditional water plating with serious pollution). At present, it is widely used in plastics and paper. The main function of vacuum plating is to endow the surface of the plated parts with high metallic luster and mirror effect, with excellent coating performance. The vacuum plating UV coating includes vacuum plating primer, vacuum plating intermediate coating and vacuum plating finish.
